Please complete and submit this form if you are interested in being part of the Cee Bees Elite Jr Coaching Program for the 2024/25 minor hockey season. Completing this form does not automatically enroll you into the Elite Jr Coaching Program. This form is for application purposes only and successful candidates will be contacted. Players must be at least in their second year of U13 to be eligible, so must be born between the years 2007-2012. Successful candidates will receive $10 for every practice session they attend. This can be collected in cash/cheque at the end of the season, or be used as a credit towards future minor hockey registrations.
