The second in person registration for September 8th has been CANCELLED! All registrations are to be completed online by completed the forms below and emailing to the appropriate CeeBees Executive. In addition, all payments are to be sent by EMT to ceebeesminorhockey@gmail.com. The instructions are at the bottom of the Treasurer Registration form!
Finally, please note that all forms and payments must be submitted prior to skaters going on the ice and players not enrolled for house league will not be able to try out for Rep Hockey if and when it resumes.
