Please complete and submit this form. Completing this form does not automatically enroll you into the Elite Jr Coaching Program. This form is for application purposes only and success candidates will be contacted. Players must be at least in their second year of U13 to be eligible, so must be born between the years 2008-2013. Successful candidates will receive $10 for every practice session they attend. This can be collected in cash/cheque at the end of the season, or be used as a credit towards future minor hockey registrations. Please note that this year, Junior Coaches will be required to wear full gear when on the ice. Cee Bees Minor Hockey will be ordering jerseys for junior coaches to wear while on the ice.
